Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced exterior of home for yellow jackets, and general pest activity. Started off by removing visible spider webs from perimeter. Next, a liquid application was applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. Yellow jackets flying under siding, on right corner of garage were also treated today with a liquid application to help control activity. Please allow 10-14 days for treatments to take full effect. Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of home. Started off by inspecting kitchen, attic, bedrooms, and garage for rodent activity. Visible droppings found in kitchen, garage, and attic. Droppings also found in closet of bedroom. Large openings under kitchen sink allowing rodent activity in kitchen area. Highly recommend having this properly sealed to help control rodent activity. Bait stations were installed in all areas of concern today, excluding bedrooms to help control and monitor rodent activity. Next, a liquid application was applied along front and back of home, as well as around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. Today I completed your premium plus pest control service. All areas of concern were inspected and treated with a liquid residual application around the kitchen area where carpenter ants were spotted. I then used a different liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, and crack and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate ants inside. I highly recommend trimming all overgrown vegetation one foot back to avoid unwanted pest indoors. Lastly I used a granular around the entire perimeter to help with the ants. Good afternoon, today completed your initial premium pest control service. The primary focus for today’s service was German cockroaches. I applied a liquid treatment to the entire perimeter of the home. Treating heavily in the areas of moisture and behind all major appliances. I added multiple glue boards to the kitchen and basement perimeter. I also use roach bait stations throughout the basement and kitchen perimeter as well. This will help eliminate the roaches by feeding. I recommend disposing of the trash every night And making sure that the sink has no dishes and it’s dry. I also treated the exterior perimeter with a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate any seasonal insects that may arise. As discussed with you, I will return two weeks time to follow up.
